Cité Universelle is an intuition that has become a conviction.

 

By placing accessibility and mixed-use approach at the heart of this project, we have chosen innovation through inclusion. At the time this was a paradigm shift for our businesses; today it has become a matter of course.

 

Cité Universelle is first and foremost a collective aspiration: to take into account the specific needs of some to improve the experience of all. The remote control, the keyboard and even the telephone were created to meet the needs of people with disabilities and have ended up changing our lives.

 

It is then a transformation: societal, architectural and even in its uses. Cité Universelle asserts its mixed-use nature as a catalyst for energy, combining sports, hotel and coworking facilities with offices, shops and health services in a virtuous ecosystem. Going to the office in Cité Universelle means living and sharing a unique experience.
